Born, raised, and trained in the UK, Richard Grannon’s dream was to help change the lives of different people around the world. Because of this he spent most of his early childhood growing up around these people and always trying to create lasting relationships with them.
It is this dream that he has stuck with all through his life until now and excellently pursued it to become an exceptional Spartan Life Coach. Currently Richard Grannon supports victims of narcissistic abuse and complex PTSD situations apart from working with general clients who require help and are considering Life coach.
Richard has been able to achieve all this partly because he is a highly dedicate individual who respects, appreciates, and values the integrity of good health and proper habits and again because of the education that he received while growing up before and during his duration with the prestigious Aston University in Birmingham where he attained his professional certification in BSc in Psychology.
On the other hand, Grannon’s experience has also grown stealthily. First, in his early twenties, he primarily coached teens on how to nurture their emotions, set goals, and learn how to make the most informed decisions for a responsible future. He also practiced under Richard Bandler while in college and finally went into solo practice by 2010.
Overall his education, personality, and experience have played a key role in his practice as a life coach. Working under Bandler provided him with additional direction and ability to create better solutions to social problems that affected his clients. While here Grannon was also able to co-develop the Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with Bandler; a program that they designed with an aim to assist the clients of narcissistic abuse to achieve quick and highly practical results.
NLP was highly successful and enabled Grannon together with Bandler to achieve a Master Practitioner Certification / recognition. . In Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia NLP was introduced as the very first design of its kind and formed an excellent Dynamic Neuro-Linguistic Programming Group. The program works well with the other meet up groups that Grannon had formed.
Today it is still extremely viable and thrives under new leadership. But because the program is designed and aimed to work as an independent communication approach that helps to reach out to people who have suffered from narcissistic abuse and other life traumas it is very viable as a life coaching tool that could easily withstand the test of time.
It is a great thing Richard understands narcissistic abuse and complex PTSD situations as he had been a victim too. In fact during his childhood Richard Grannon witnessed firsthand narcissistic abuse with his personal relationships. Many at times he could tell that something was wrong or “off,” yet he couldn’t quite identify it.
It was only through his psychological training and after getting enough experience in his career and under Bandler that he began to recognize patterns of narcissistic abuse and realized that this was likely the case for victims worldwide.
With that realization Grannon didn’t hesitate but chose to indulge in demystifying these complex situations. Richard’s current dream is to expanded his horizons and begin creating other psychological solutions for clients of all age groups and backgrounds in-discriminatively.
